Every customer of Pearl has a dedicated individual that serves as their Lab Concierge, and they’re available 7 days a week for our customers. That’s just one of many offerings that makes us different than thousands of other labs.

We are located in the Warehouse District of Downtown Columbus, OH and in East Northport, NY (Long Island). From complimentary snacks / beverages, once a week team lunches, a state-of-the-art facility with brand new dental lab equipment, and a unique patient lounge where patients can visit and wait 1-2 hours for denture repairs and relines - we are unique, and we’d love to talk to you about joining our Team.

Our current open positions based in Columbus, OH:

  • Dental Technician - Orthodontic Appliances

    • Requires min of 5 years of guard / retainer / ortho appliance fabrication experience

  • Customer Concierge Specialist

    • Requires min of 5 years of RDA / chairside experience or equivalent

    • This role communicates directly with our customers on cases / case design. Extensive dental knowledge required.

  • Delivery Driver (Part Time)

Our current open positions based in East Northport, NY:

  • Master Ceramist

    • Min of 5 years of experience, CDT preferred, AACD certification preferred

    • Custom shade experience required

  • Territory Manager (NJ / NY / CT)

    • Requires min of 5 years Sales Experience, preferably in dental

  • Customer Concierge Specialist

    • Requires min of 5 years of RDA / chairside experience or equivalent

    • This role communicates directly with our customers on cases / case design. Extensive dental knowledge required.

  • Delivery Driver (Part Time)
